TO-DO LIST:

Levels of violations:

Level 1/Green Card = 0 warnings, Yellow Card = 1 warning, Orange Card = 2 warnings, Red Card = 3 warnings at minimum base level 1-9.

Level 10/ Green Card = 0-1 warning, Yellow Card 2 warnings, Orange Card 3 warnings, Red Card 4 warnings at level 10-19.

Level 20/ Green Card = 0-2 warnings, Yellow Card 3 warnings, Orange Card 4 warnings, Red Card 5 warnings at level 20-29.

Level 30/ Green Card = 0-3 warnings, Yellow Card 4 warnings, Orange Card 5 warnings, Red Card 6 warnings at level 30-39.

Level 40/ Green Card = 0-4 warnings, Yellow Card 5 warnings, Orange Card 6 warnings, Red Card 7 warnings at level 40-49.

Level 50/ Green Card = 0-5 warnings, Yellow Card 6 warnings, Orange Card 7 warnings, Red Card 8 warnings at level 50+.

1 warning goes away every month.

3- Little misdeamnors = Hidden rules (dont make rules too specific), mod reminds them about hidden rules.
(frequently breaking reminders adds up to warning+)

4- Draw a line between shitpost and lobby appropriate. Pictures are fine, but shitpost level memes in lobby is a no.

5- Draw a line how many "memes" are sent in lobby, this refers to Note 3.

6- Muting should be done when users take messages/pictures/etc too far to the point where action needs to be taken,
then you need to reason with them in PMs (Speak with moderators). Obvious troll = ban.

7- Nitori needs a logging feature, keeping track of what gets done/changes/deleted/perms/etc.

8- Gulag system [people who violate rules will be sent to the "gulag" by the mods (fit the theme of Dreamland --> Nightmare)
violators will fight for their freedom on a game of heads or tails, best 2/3. Winner gets freed,
loser will extend time on mute. Volunteers who want to fight but lose will earn them a shameful role for a day. [Bed Wetter]
(Later on, Nitori will be incharge of the gulag, making a better game besides heads or tails.)

9- Good friend policy, intregate the leveling/whois/rep system to compliment eachother into helping moderation. *Nitori.*

11- Make more channels that fit with experienced situation, ex. Ecchi channel, not too lewd, and not really SFW.

13- PREVENTING DRAMA, Hidden briefing descalation separate channel. Under command, Nitori will role the user to have access to the
briefing chat. The role will hide all other channels, thus making the briefing room the only channel users can speak in.

It will derole the main ranked rolls and will replace it with the Brief role, so that they do not have access to lobby.

Nitori command: !brief @user.

14- Report channel, describing users violations. (Mod log) Instead of lobby to do mod commands, do it in #reports
channel in silence of making those commands. For moderator eyes only.

15- Nitori's Ban Appeal, Nitori would send a DM everytime user joins. Nitori would send a ban appeal for users to refer to
incase users are banned.

16- Mod applications - Google Forms.

17- List of Nitori features should be explained in detail, and in numbered order.
